Martine’s is truly a fine. bake. shoppe (yes with two p’s and an e!). The desserts are upscale, sophisticated and dressed to impress. On any given day, you can find a line down the street of pastry lovers willing to wait; however it’s a nice street, with great shops, right in the heart of Scarsdale so no complaints there. The cakes and bakes are so polished and pretty they should be placed on a pedestal for guests to admire before they divulge. These sweets were made for celebratory brunches, ladies’ lunches, and Mother’s Days on repeat.
