My Story
As a former publicist, project manager and event planner, 2020 became the year where I finally had a chance to change course, and reinvent my mom wife work life situation.
I have always kept a pulse on trending desserts in the area, previously to elevate my corporate event experiences, but in more recent times as a way to support local, and to keep things fun and interesting when having people over (outside and socially distanced!) throughout a challenging year.
The more playdates and family get-togethers we planned, the more opportunities I had to showcase something sweet, so I started visiting or ordering from bakeshops on the regular to make sure I was up-to-date on the latest confections. These tastings became a sacred activity I enjoyed with my daughter, or as a mini escape for myself, and I built up a pretty robust repository of the best treats in town.
